Logistic Manager

Responsibilities and Scope

  • Manage the Operations / Warehouse Team and ensure the smooth execution of our daily operations
  • Oversee and monitor the stock inventory in our computer system
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on shipping and receiving and ensure the process is carried under a timely fashion
  • Prepare reports and analysis to be presented to senior management
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Post Secondary education of any discipline
  • 5 years of experience in Logistics with experience in shipping and warehousing
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Familiar with inventory softwares and MS Office
  • Responsible, mature, teamwork-oriented
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Logistic Officer

Sales Manager

(Vietnam and Thailand Focus)

Responsibilities and Scope

  • Be knowledgable about our products and initiate sales to potential clients
  • Provide professional demonstrations and excellent user experiences
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up with inquiries and delivery arrangements
  • Plan and participate in local and overseas exhibitions
  • Willing to travel overseas occasionally

Requirements:

  • Post Secondary education of any discipline
  • 3 years of experience in sales field
  • Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Responsible, mature, outgoing, self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure with good analytical and communication skills
